Subject: AMAZON ORDER - MISSING PARTS
Content: Hi there, I contacted you yesterday regarding an order with Amazon for this product that came with missing parts: https://www.amazon.es/dp/B07YKBGNBH?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_titleI just wanted to let you know that not only the wall elements are not coming in the parcel, none of the metal pieces come inside. Just some ropes to tie the shade with. This seems a joke, apparently looks like somebody bought your product, took all the metal pieces, returned the product and I bought it later on. Could you please help me with this? I look forward to your reply ASAP. Thanks,Sofia

Content: Hi there, I have placed an order at Amazon.es for this product: https://www.amazon.es/dp/B07YKBGNBH?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_titleUnfortunately, your parcel comes incomplete. The 4 pad-eye wall supports do not come within. This is very dissapointing since I bought this shade for the summer and I was ready to install it today. Please kindly have a look at this ASAP and provide me with a solution. Thanks,Sofia
